Life hasn't been very kind to little Lyla lately. This precious, tiny Yorkshire Terrier girl—weighing about 1.5kg—was recently abandoned by her first owners, who simply dropped her off and left. She didn't even come with her real name, so her kind new owner has named her Lyla. Understandably Lyla is currently very fearful and cries out when her back is touched. She desperately needs a calm, patient sanctuary where she can learn that she is finally safe.
Lyla's situation in her temporary home is highly urgent. The resident male Yorkies have become intensely jealous of the attention she receives. Despite her rough start, Lyla is a deeply affectionate, lovely little girl who craves human closeness. Once she knows she is safe, she just wants to be near her people and soak up all the love she was previously denied.
