Dixie is a very timid, gentle, and low-maintenance sweetheart who is happiest in a quiet, relaxed home where she can be showered with love. She isn't picky with her food or people, and she has a wonderfully low-energy, easygoing nature.
Dixie truly thinks she is more human than dog! While she gets along fine with other dogs, she absolutely prefers the company of her human companions. She doesn't have any known fears and is a complete champion when it comes to cuddle time. Though she previously experienced some separation anxiety, it now seems to be a thing of the past—when you leave, she doesn't cry; she simply heads back to the bedroom for a peaceful nap.
This obedient girl walks beautifully on a leash without pulling and even knows how to swim (though she prefers to stay dry!). Dixie is fully vaccinated, has excellent dental health, and is ready to bring an immense amount of love and quiet companionship to her perfect forever home. Because her owner is relocating soon, finding Dixie her new family is very urgent!
