Are you looking to adopt a Yorkshire Terrier in Mpumalanga? Meet Bingo, an incredibly affectionate 6-year-old rescue Yorkie who urgently needs a fresh start. Sadly, Bingo's current living environment has become unsafe for him. The larger dogs in the home (Great Danes) have been bullying him, forcing his family to make the heartbreaking but necessary decision to rehome him within the next week so he can heal and feel secure again.
Despite the stressful situation with the big dogs, Bingo remains a complete sweetheart with humans. He is a very loving boy who is absolutely excellent with children, making him a wonderful family companion. He is fully housetrained, leash-trained for walks, and is totally used to having a swimming pool around. He’s also not an escape artist—he just wants to stay close to his people and be loved! He is an alert little guy who will let you know when someone is at the gate, but otherwise, he is a happy and healthy boy with no medical issues.
Because of his traumatic experiences with the Great Danes, Bingo is understandably "not good" with other dogs right now. We are looking for a very special home for him—ideally as the only dog where he can decompress, or perhaps a home with a very calm, small dog pending a careful introduction.
